Cathy Tuggle is the Owner and Broker of Tuggle Services, Inc. which operates Apartment Hunters and Arkansas Suites.

For the past three years, Cathy has served as Education Chairperson and has been affiliated with the Arkansas Apartment Association since 1993. She is also a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management where she serves on the Board for the Communications Committee. She has over 14 years experience in the multifamily industry through marketing and property management.

Cathy holds several designations through the property management industry, such as Certified Apartment Manager, National Apartment Leasing Professional and is a candidate for Certified Property Manager through IREM. Cathy has been a NALP instructor for the Arkansas Apartment Association along with other leasing and marketing seminars.

Other organizations that Cathy and Apartment Hunters are members of are Building Owners and Managers Association and National Association of Property Managers. Apartment Hunters provides support through several different charity organizations such as the American Cancer Society and the Big Brothers and Big Sisters.
